For Immediate Release:

It started with an idea. The goal was to highlight college players in a way that wasn’t there for us. In the span of 2 months the stage had been set, the team assembled and an idea had come into fruition.

These last 7 months have been so rewarding to everyone at Fast Break News. We have shown that quidditch can be covered in a different way. College athletes are the future of our sport and we wanted to highlight that.

Thank you to the entire quidditch community for embracing us and supporting our content. All of the work that was put in always felt worth it when you all would comment and read our content.

With that being said- we, unfortunately, have to shut down Fast Break News because we finally came to understand that quidditch is a fake sport, we're a bunch of nerds, and we have thus decided to go start LIVING our lives. Please see below for a recorded statement from our EIC Fiona Wisehart.
